Our Community

At Oaklands School we are a community school and our community is at the heart of all we do.  With school, parents and children working together, we show that Together Everybody Achieves More.

When you choose to join the Oaklands school, you join a wide community which is based on our Oaklands TEAM values. 

You will be fully involved in the education of your child.  The school has an open door policy so you will be able to come in whenever you need to talk to someone about your child and their learning.

We actively encourage parents to visit the school as much as possible and we hold a huge range of activities and events for parents to be involved in such as Star of the Week, Come Dine With Me, Parent Workshops, EXPRESS events and many, many more.
